Things to note about our unique locations:

• The boulders that are on our land are ancient and many of them extremely large with very unique markings.

• We have exotic fruit groves.

• The campground has a full bathroom inside of a hut that is built into the boulders.

• A large 60 by 30 metal building can be transformed into just about anything that is needed.

• We offer many years of experience in construction and design.... think "MacGyver."

• The large areas of the land that are open are perfect for parking many trucks and vehicles and for constructing sets that may be needed.

• We have many unique vehicles such as ATVs, tractors, and several classic sports cars.  We also have heavy equipment. 

• We often are able to photograph wildlife very easily. Some of the wildlife include scrub jays, coyotes, bobcats, rabbits, many kinds of birds and ground squirrels.

• We have the resources to bring in a wide variety of domestic and exotic animal talent for your project, including Kitty the Actress.

• Seasonally, starting in February, we have many wildflowers and blooming plants that are native to California. Some of them are rare.
